Requirements

SPM / Diploma / Degree or higher academic qualifications in Sales & Design fields.
Aggressive and fast learner.
Good attitude and responsible character.
Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.Good written and verbal communication skills.Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.Computer literate and numerate.Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.Fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation :

Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' design preferences, needs, and budgets.

Develop and present design concepts and proposals that align with client expectations.

2. Sales Development :

Follow up with potential clients and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.

3. Design and Presentation :

Create detailed design plans, including floor layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, and material specifications.

Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to produce visual presentations for clients.

4. Project Management :

Monitor project progress and address any issues to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

5. Customer Service :

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design and sales process, from initial contact to project completion.

Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs and plans to ensure client satisfaction.
