Job description

Requirements

We are seeking candidates proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Diploma or higher education in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in software such as AiHouse, Coohom, AutoCAD, 3D Sketchup, and 3DS Max.
Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
Own transportation is required.
Candidates must provide a portfolio with their application.

Responsibilities

Conceptualise mood boards.

Develop design layouts.

Conduct on-site measurements.

Create 3D and detailed drawings.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Handle purchasing and material sourcing.

Perform weekly site monitoring.

Conduct defect checks.
