Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall assembly process at Roadm product lines (ACD and NSD), as well as the new product and process transfer from Fuzhou.
- Assist engineers to maintain process and quality standard, procedures and control plan.
- Assist engineers in engineering builds, activities and data collection.
- Monitor line processes, improve quality and update process instructions and documentation.
- Support in assembly manufacturing documentation such as process specifications, visual aids, manufacturing routes and work instructions.
- Provide the necessary engineering support and coordination of pilot builds to ensure that new assemblies are completed on time and with minimum resources.
- Identify and quantify quality problems with materials and / or processes and provide solutions.
- Responsible for process and product yields of the mechanical assembly and test process.
- Ensure the process implemented delivers good and right quality services / products to customers.
- Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
Education & Experience
Education & Experience
Diploma in Science / Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical, or its equivalents, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in electronic manufacturing sector.
Skills
Good computer literacy and basic SPC knowledge.Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with hands-on working attitude.Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company.Experience working in high mix and high volume manufacturing environment, and / or assembly, SMT, PCBA manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis; poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage.Willing to work shift.#J-18808-Ljbffr
