Base pay range

Responsibilities

• Greet and approach customers proactively, introducing and demonstrating products.
• Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and upsell / cross-sell when appropriate.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain merchandise displays, ensure stock levels are adequate, and keep the retail area neat.
• Handle basic cashiering : process sales, payments, and issue receipts.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team / management.
• Support in promotional events, sampling, and campaigns.
• Follow company SOPs for customer service, product handling, and visual merchandising.
