Deliver undergraduate and / or postgraduate courses across various areas within Education. Guide and mentor in practical experiences and academic projects, providing clarity on assignment expectations. Develop and implement diverse assessment methods that align with course learning outcomes and evaluate progress effectively. Offer constructive and individualized feedback during consultations to support their pedagogical and professional growth. Engage in scholarly research within your area of expertise in Education, disseminate findings through publications, and present at relevant conferences, while also contributing to departmental and university initiatives. Qualifications

A PhD in TESL / TESOL, Education, or a closely related field. A strong record of research in TESL, TESOL, pedagogy, or education technology. Experience in supervising research at the Master’s and / or PhD level. Experience
