Assist the Manager in preparing technical documents for the tender stage.
Perform planning work for demolition, steel work and geotechnical work in accordance with Singapore standards.
Prepare technical documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, and other related items.
Carry out drafting work to support design and construction documentation.
Plan project schedules to optimize timelines and resource allocation.
Perform tasks as requested by the Manager, ensuring timely and professional execution.
This role is fully office-based, with no site visits or client meetings required. The responsibilities are approximately 80% focused on technical documentation and 20% on research-related tasks
Experience in demolition work, steel work, and geotechnical work is preferred.
3 to 8 years of working experience preferred.
Immediate start preferred.
Working hours : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday; alternate half-day on Saturdays.
