Key Responsibilities :
- Preparefood and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes.
- Trainingkitchen staff on menu and proper methods of food preparation and handling.
- Managingand controlling inventory & minimize food wastage.
- Keepingkitchen clean and tidy. Assist to close the kitchen properly and follow theclosing checklist for kitchen stations.
- Assistingin overseeing the weekly scheduling of all team members.
- Promptlyreport food quality or shortage problems to Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager.
- Conductingregular inspections of the entire kitchen / dish-washing areas and coolers andpromptly act to correct deficiencies found during inspection and reportingissues to the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager.
- Adheringstrictly to safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ensuringthat all kitchen employees consistently adhere to uniform, grooming andappearance standards.
- Performother tasks assigned by the AssistantKitchen Manager / Outlet Manager asnecessary and related to your job role.
Requirement :
At least Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or its equivalent.Mature and has good leadership skills.Ability to communicate fluently in English and BahasaMalaysia.At least 3 years or above of working experience in acasual dining restaurant.#J-18808-Ljbffr
