Responsibilities

• Be responsible for Cycle time / WIP Days / Output / Shipment / Quality / Productivity and more objective to meet goals, Follow-up of the production plan in order to satisfy internal customer needs.
• Raise the productivity rate, reducing waste of resources, and improve 6S.
• Organize action plan to reach the targets of the company / department.
• Coordinate quality and productivity improvement in the production area.
• Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools.
• Complete the KPI / KIP.
• Drive the Small Group Activities.

Qualifications

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and / or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
