Main Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Gain an understanding of Client / Market in region of responsibility
- Participate in industry Events / Exhibitions
- Identify and make regular contact with potential and existing customers within the region
- Identify existing customer opportunities and new key projects that Score Energy can support.
- Attend customer meetings offsite as necessary to meet business goals.
- Respond to customers enquiries / requests by emails / phone
- Provide standard reports on a weekly basis to Manager.
- Participate in internal sales calls as necessary.
- Work with technical and customer support teams in support of potential opportunities
- Provide input for marketing / PR in region of responsibility
- Participate and lead deal review calls as necessary
- Provide direction for Customer Support teams in support of enquiry
- Review tenders commercially and technically
- Provide excellent communication and leadership between Sales and Customer Support to allow effective fulfilment of order
- Provide excellent communication between Score and Customer during execution
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
- Achieve customer and business goals & objectives
