Overview

The AI Lead will oversee the entire AI / ML development lifecycle, guiding the technical team in building, optimizing, and deploying AI-driven systems. This role requires hands‑on leadership in machine learning architecture, model training, and system integration to support intelligent backend and frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the AI / ML Scientist and Engineering teams in research, model development, and deployment.
• Design and implement AI architectures including Transformer-based models (Query-Key-Value caching, attention optimization, etc.).
• Drive innovation in fine‑tuning and instruction-based learning using advanced classification and transformer algorithms.
• Collaborate with backend (Golang) and frontend (Rust) teams for seamless AI integration.
• Evaluate and integrate open‑source AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face).
• Ensure scalability, performance, and efficiency of AI systems.
