Automation Test Lead

Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and manage the test automation strategy and framework.
Lead a team of test automation engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test automation requirements and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
Strong experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks (preferably in Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, Robot Framework, or similar tools).
Solid understanding of Java, Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages used in test automation.
Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar).
Conduct functional, and integration testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Hands-on experience in test management and bug tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, Testrail, or similar.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Document test plans, test cases, and test results

Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years of experience in automation testing.

Experience in unit testing, functional testing, and integration testing.

Familiarity with Ad-tech is a plus.

Familiarity with .Net platform is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
