Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and manage the test automation strategy and framework.
  • Lead a team of test automation engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test automation requirements and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
  • Strong experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks (preferably in Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, Robot Framework, or similar tools).
  • Solid understanding of Java, Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages used in test automation.
  • Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar).
  • Conduct functional, and integration testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Hands-on experience in test management and bug tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, Testrail, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Document test plans, test cases, and test results

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years of experience in automation testing.
  • Experience in unit testing, functional testing, and integration testing.
  • Familiarity with Ad-tech is a plus.
  • Familiarity with .Net platform is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
