Job description

Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of product positioning strategies to optimize revenue, market share, and profitability for assigned product portfolio
  • Engagement with field sales and customers to provide marketing support to grow and defend business in all focus countries
  • Conducting market research activities including customer interviews, focus groups, and surveys to identify market development and opportunities.
  • Creation of tools, resources, and related campaigns to increase customer awareness and drive incremental revenue.
  • Conducting product presentations and training, using a variety of mediums, to effectively position the sales force for success.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, trade groups, and strategic industry partners to accelerate market growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional sales teams & all key stakeholders

o Provide and effectively communicate direction to sales force to ensure strategies and tactics are implemented

o Ensure adequate sales training on products

o Establish himself / herself as the clinical specialist for the portfolio

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an embryologist in an IVF laboratory setting or experience in medical sales, product management, business development (IVF or women's health preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of IVF workflows, laboratory products, or fertility clinic operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and supplier engagement
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive in driving business outcomes
  • Willingness to travel regionally when required
