Responsibilities
- Development and execution of product positioning strategies to optimize revenue, market share, and profitability for assigned product portfolio
- Engagement with field sales and customers to provide marketing support to grow and defend business in all focus countries
- Conducting market research activities including customer interviews, focus groups, and surveys to identify market development and opportunities.
- Creation of tools, resources, and related campaigns to increase customer awareness and drive incremental revenue.
- Conducting product presentations and training, using a variety of mediums, to effectively position the sales force for success.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, trade groups, and strategic industry partners to accelerate market growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional sales teams & all key stakeholders
o Provide and effectively communicate direction to sales force to ensure strategies and tactics are implemented
o Ensure adequate sales training on products
o Establish himself / herself as the clinical specialist for the portfolio
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, or a related field3+ years of experience as an embryologist in an IVF laboratory setting or experience in medical sales, product management, business development (IVF or women's health preferred)Strong knowledge of IVF workflows, laboratory products, or fertility clinic operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and supplier engagementOrganized, analytical, and proactive in driving business outcomesWillingness to travel regionally when required
