MANAGER, SME MARKETING

This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for CTOS businesses, specifically targeting Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This role requires a hands-on approach to campaign planning and execution, content creation, stakeholder management, and event planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategies & Execution

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote CTOS Credit Manager and other SME-focused solutions.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on digital touchpoints (social media, email marketing, paid media), offline and event platforms.
• Create impactful marketing materials, including sales tools (e.g. sales presentation decks, brochures), product content, digital advertisements, eDMs, presentations, content for social media and websites / digital assets.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities, refine strategies and messaging.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to support new product launches and marketing initiatives.
