Overview
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the property market.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports to support business development activities.
Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate closely with marketing, project, and admin teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
- Manage and handle unit bookings, Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) signing arrangements, loan applications and related documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate promptly with sales agents, developers, and solicitors to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Maintain updated and organized records of listings, leads, customer databases, and sales reports for regular management updates.
- Assist in organizing sales events, property launches, and exhibitions.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with all documentation and administrative requirement
- Oversee end-to-end project administration processes, ensuring proper filing and record management.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the property development industry or related field.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good communication, confidence and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.Attention to detail and sensitive to figuresUnlock job insights
