Senior Sales Admin Executive

Overview

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the property market.

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports to support business development activities.

Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Coordination
• Coordinate closely with marketing, project, and admin teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
• Manage and handle unit bookings, Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) signing arrangements, loan applications and related documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate promptly with sales agents, developers, and solicitors to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Maintain updated and organized records of listings, leads, customer databases, and sales reports for regular management updates.
• Assist in organizing sales events, property launches, and exhibitions.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with all documentation and administrative requirement
• Oversee end-to-end project administration processes, ensuring proper filing and record management.
