Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Requirements : - to 2 years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service role
- Fluent in English, and Malay (spoken and written)
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP systems (advantageous)
- Able to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused mind-set Job Descriptions : - Support the sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, and related documents
- Assist in coordinating with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and after-sales
support
Liaise closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, and procurement, accounts to ensureseamless order processing
Handle customer inquiries and follow-up on pending orders or outstanding issuesMaintain and update customer databases, sales records, and filing systems accuratelyPrepare regular sales reports and assist in sales forecasting activitiesProvide administrative support to the sales team, including arranging meetings, compiling reports, andassisting with marketing activities if needed
Ensure a professional and prompt response to customer communicationsOther tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Management from time to time
