Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Requirements : - to 2 years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service role

  • Fluent in English, and Malay (spoken and written)
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP systems (advantageous)
  • Able to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused mind-set Job Descriptions : - Support the sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, and related documents
  • Assist in coordinating with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and after-sales

  • Liaise closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, and procurement, accounts to ensure

  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-up on pending orders or outstanding issues
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and filing systems accurately
  • Prepare regular sales reports and assist in sales forecasting activities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including arranging meetings, compiling reports, and
  • assisting with marketing activities if needed
