Executive Search Leader – Business Growth Strategist (APAC)

Location : Malaysia

Job Description

Lead initiatives to build winning leadership teams for APAC businesses while leveraging technology expertise.

Key Skills

  • Oracle 19c with Active Data Guard / Oracle Enterprise Manager (+ v11 and v12 remnants)
  • Oracle Stream (currently being replaced by Attunity)
  • SPARC + Solaris 11 (existing base)
  • Attunity (Full Mode + CDC)
  • IBM WAS / JBoss
  • VTOM and TWS Schedulers
  • ElasticSearch Kibana

Good-to-Have

Autonomy, proactivity, listening and advisening are soft skills that we will be vigilant on.

Experience

6 – 10+ years

Responsibilities

  • Participate in infrastructure projects, defining target architecture (Oracle base) collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Consider storage constraints for performance, backup, restore, regulations, DRPs; support performance testing.
  • Analyze specific PROD DB activity and recommend solutions (Application & Infrastructure).
  • Monitor DBs and propose optimization recommendations for short to long term.
  • Support application and infrastructure teams in implementing optimizations.
  • Provide Oracle Database expertise during applicative or infrastructure optimizations.
