Positions available : Full Time Service Crew and Part Time Service Crew.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers. Ensure all customers are seated and comfortable.
• Inform customers of specials and menu changes.
• Make recommendations.
• Answer questions pertaining to all food, beverages, and other products of the Company.
• Take food and beverage orders from customers.
• Upsell in-house specials.
• Enter orders and relay orders to the kitchen, ensuring that the orders are understood.
• Set the proper cutlery.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen / bar to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor and observe customers' dining experience.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with the food and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Prepare the final bill, present the check, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change (if applicable).
• Be ready and willing to assist colleagues with clearing and resetting tables.
• Thank customers for their visit and invite them to return.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the café as directed by the immediate supervisor.
