Overview

Retail Assistant (JB Southkey Mid Valley / JB Paradigm) at HLA. This role focuses on delivering excellent in-store customer service, understanding customer needs, and maintaining the brand image across stores.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the in-store experience.
Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable apparel; offer alternatives when appropriate.
Maintain, replenish, and upkeep the store according to brand image and standards.
Actively uphold a global brand image.

Qualifications

Good knowledge of spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Minimum education level : SPM.

Candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Customer service experience is valuable.

Part-time applicants are welcome; compensation : RM 10 per hour.
