Funding Societies | Modalku is the largest SME digital finance platform in Southeast Asia. What will you do :

To execute assigned operational tasks with accuracy and within turnaround time.

To identify issues, escalate deviations from SOPs, and suggest improvements.

To work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes.

To maintain proper documentation of workflows, updates, and process changes.

To assist in the execution of any process improvement projects whenever necessary.

What are we looking for :

2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in digital financing, fintech, or banking.

Experience in hire purchase and / or automotive industry.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset.

You will shine if you have :

Experience leveraging AI tools in your daily workflow to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Detailed oriented and familiar with SC guidelines and / or SME Financing

Available on an immediate basis.
