We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our business operations in the beauty and health sector. Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and product innovations to expand business presence.Translate company vision and mission into actionable business objectives and KPIs.Sales & Business DevelopmentLead and manage sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting.Marketing & Brand ManagementDrive brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and digital strategy to strengthen brand equity.
Oversee promotional activities, influencer partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demand and brand identity.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (digital, retail, and etc).Operations ManagementOversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry regulations.
Manage inventory, supply chain, logistics, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and performance.Implement process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.Monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and operations.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.Build a collaborative environment that supports employee engagement and professional growth.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 8–12 years of experience in general management, with a strong background in beauty, wellness, cosmetics, or health-related industries.Proven track record in sales growth, business development, and brand expansion.Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinker with hands-on operational management capabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
