Job Summary : HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced

ETL Developer

to join our finance technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in

Informatica PowerCenter 10.5.6

and a strong understanding of data integration, transformation, and loading processes within the financial services domain. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL workflows that support critical business intelligence and data warehousing initiatives. Overview

Role : ETL Developer focused on finance data, data integration, and ETL workflow development using Informatica PowerCenter 10.5.6. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using

Informatica PowerCenter 10.5.6 . Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot data issues across large-scale financial datasets. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with financial regulations and internal standards. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities. Document ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows for audit and operational purposes. Support production environments and resolve data-related incidents in a timely manner. Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of experience

in ETL development, preferably in the

finance industry . Solid understanding of

SQL ,

data warehousing concepts , and

data modeling . Experience with

financial data systems , reporting, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with

version control ,

job scheduling tools , and

data governance practices . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred Skills

Experience with

cloud-based ETL tools

or

data platforms

(e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue). Knowledge of

finance-specific KPIs ,

risk management , or

regulatory reporting . Exposure to

Agile / Scrum methodologies . Job Details
