Talent Research Consultant | Specializing in APAC Talent Market

Key Responsibilities :

Design and create UGC game environments using platform-specific tools.
Collaborate with level designer and programmer to ensure smooth gameplay and visually appealing game scenes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to iteratively adjust and optimize game environments based on technical, creative, or player feedback requirements.

Requirements :

0-1 years of hands-on experience creating UGC game environments in Roblox, Minecraft, or Fortnite or other sandbox games.

Proficiency in environment design and UI.

Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in game environment design.

Ability to work 8 hours daily with flexibility for team collaboration across time zones.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with UGC platforms beyond the listed tools.

Proven track record of publishing UGC games (portfolio / work samples required).
