Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of Bry-Air dehumidifiers and control systems at customer sites.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues on-site or remotely.
• Specialize in PLC and HMI systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Experience in PLC, HMI, and VFD‑related maintenance or fault rectification activities is advantageous.
• Conduct performance verification and ensure systems operate within design parameters (temperature, humidity, dew point, etc.).
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during service visits or breakdown calls.
• Prepare and submit service reports, maintenance records, and feedback forms after every site visit.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams for technical solutions, parts replacement, and continuous improvement.
• Attend to emergency service calls, shutdown maintenance, and scheduled inspections as required.
