  • Startup-minded – comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. -3+ years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships -A natural relationship builder and deal closer with strong negotiation skills. -Driven and hungry to grow revenue and earn based on performance. -A creative problem solver, always spotting new opportunities. -Highly organized, able to juggle multiple deals, clients, and projects at once. -Confident in creating and pitching engaging proposals and presentations. -Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a small but fast-moving team. -Willing to attend events, client meetings, and engagements outside regular hours when needed. -Proficient in CRM tools, PowerPoint / Keynote, and Excel.
