Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least SPM / STPM "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage. At least three (1) years experience in related field. Result-orientated and excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets. Proactive, dynamic and a good team player. Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Possess own transport . Good Communications skills with friendly character. Online training will be provided. Work Location (Muar or Serkam, Melaka)
Responsibilities
- To generate leads, build strong client relationships, and facilitate property sales transactions.
- To work closely with sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Attend to any form of sales enquiries, launches and events.
- To provide excellent sales and customer services to existing customer and prospects.
- To participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events.
- To provide necessary assistances and follow up in loan application and SPA execution in order to complete the sale transaction.
- To conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.
