Operations Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role located in Banting for an electrical maintenance work. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations at sites, give instructions to workers, and communicate with clients and office. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with workers and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills and proven experience in site supervision
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with workers and clients
• Thorough knowledge of inspection processes and quality control
• Ability to manage timelines and adapt to fast‑paced working environments
• Diploma or degree in engineering, construction, electronics, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with maintenance electrical work, tools, techniques, and regulatory frameworks
