We currently have operations in Bangkok, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, Philippines and Indonesia. Founded in 2013, Eatigo’s mission is to connect empty tables with empty stomachs by offering time-based discounts of up to 50% every day at all of its participating restaurants through its online website and mobile applications.

What You’ll Do

Manage all user queries coming in from various platforms including but not limited to online chats, calls and emails
Work closely with the Operations team to manage user expectations
Share your insights on the user experience report with the team
Contribute to the support team in terms of voucher fulfillment and coordinate with different parties in the fulfillment process – voucher purchase, etc.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Excellent Communication Skills

Ability to listen and empathize with the situation

Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese would be a plus

Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently

Open to flexible working arrangements (e.g. Holidays and Weekends)
