Eatigo – invested by TripAdvisor and seating over 1 million diners a month, eatigo is recognized as the number 1 restaurant reservations platform in South East Asia. We currently have operations in Bangkok, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, Philippines and Indonesia.

Founded in 2013, Eatigo’s mission is to connect empty tables with empty stomachs by offering time-based discounts of up to 50% every day at all of its participating restaurants through its online website and mobile applications. Users can choose to dine anywhere, from upscale hotels to popular food chains, and enjoy the same discounts with no strings attached, while restaurants get to fill their empty seats during off-peak hours.

Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Operations Executive ! Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Your role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism to complete the task. Fantastic communication skills with an eye for detail is crucial for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all user queries coming in from various platforms including but not limited to online chats, calls and emails
• Work closely with the Operations team to manage user expectations
• Share your insights on the user experience report with the team
• Contribute to the support team in terms of voucher fulfillment and coordinate with different parties in the fulfillment process – voucher purchase, etc.
