Responsibilities

IT Project Plans & Budgets : Develop and maintain comprehensive technical project plans, architecture blueprints, and budgets. Identify technical resources and capabilities required for execution, with a focus on delivering scalable and innovative solutions including AI-native architectures. IT Project Management : Lead the execution of technical projects through Agile or hybrid methodologies. Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Collaborate with engineering, data, AI, and DevOps teams to ensure technical alignment, compliance, and delivery. Translate complex business needs into executable technical tasks and manage associated risks. End-to-End Solution Delivery : Drive the definition, prototyping, development, and integration of technical solutions — from front-end interfaces to backend systems and AI services. Ensure solutions are secure, modular, scalable, and aligned to enterprise architecture standards. Oversee the technical lifecycle including infrastructure, APIs, middleware, and data layers. Generative AI Development & Integration : Lead the adoption and deployment of Generative AI technologies across key business functions. Partner with AI engineers and data scientists to embed LLMs, RAG architecture, and agent-based solutions into business workflows. Stay updated on AI trends and evaluate new models and APIs for integration. Technical Analysis & Architecture Advisory : Provide architecture and design advisory to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, future-proof, and aligned to strategic goals. Perform deep-dive technical analysis to recommend platforms, frameworks, and cloud-native solutions. Review system design, perform impact assessments, and support RFP / RFI processes. Vendor & Third-Party Tech Collaboration : Evaluate and manage technology vendors, AI providers, and integration partners. Oversee technical due diligence, code reviews, and third-party component integration. Ensure all solutions meet enterprise-grade security, compliance, and performance standards. Stakeholder Communication & Technical Documentation : Maintain clear communication channels with key technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prepare solution architectures, technical reports, and sprint documentation. Ensure traceability of business requirements to implemented features. Technical Project Performance & Quality Assurance : Measure technical delivery KPIs using platforms like JIRA, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. Monitor velocity, test coverage, AI inference accuracy, and deployment stability. Drive continuous testing, QA automation, and performance benchmarking. Technology Governance & Risk Assurance : Work with IT Governance to uphold standards across AI ethics, security posture, cloud policy compliance, and data protection. Contribute to technical risk assessments, audit readiness, and ensure adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or solution architect role. Proven track record in end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise solutions, including frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure components. Strong experience in Agile project management, sprint planning, and collaboration across cross-functional tech teams (e.g., Engineering, DevOps, AI).
