Responsible for smooth & proper implementation of construction projects from conception to completion
Involve in plan checking, simple layout drafting, project inception feasibility study, design conceptual and development
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and authorities
Monitor construction works to ensure completion within deadline and according to design and specification
Attend authorities and consultants meetings & prepare reports
Coordinate with internal department such as Quantity Surveyor to work on the issues of contract, building materials and specification
Support in any departmental assignment as required.
Job Requirements :
Preferably candidate who possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
Preferably 2 year(s) of working experiences in property development or construction industry
Familiar with work scheduling / planning and good in report writing
Possess a positive attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Required skill(s) : MS Office, Excel, MS Project, Power Point, Autocad, etc.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
