Role Summary
We are seeking an Operations Process Automation Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support our growing fintech business. This role is focused on streamlining financial and operational workflows, ensuring seamless integration between our online and offline channels, and driving automation initiatives that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
You will collaborate closely with operations, risk, compliance, product, and technology teams to design automation solutions that enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities we entrust you with
- Analyze and document end-to-end fintech operations processes (customer onboarding, KYC / AML checks, payments, settlements, reconciliations, merchant operations, etc.).
- Identify automation opportunities across online and offline business workflows.
- Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, VBA, or Python scripts.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and compliance teams to ensure automation aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain and monitor automation workflows, ensuring high accuracy and exception handling.
- Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and documentation for automated and manual workflows.
- Analyze automation results and prepare dashboards / reports showing efficiency gains, risk reduction, and cost savings.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in payments, risk monitoring, merchant onboarding, and customer operations.
What matters in the role
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Experience : 1–2 years in process automation, fintech operations, business analysis, or process improvement.Technical Skills :Hands-on experience with automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, or equivalent).Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VBA / macros).Exposure to scripting / programming languages (Python, SQL).Familiarity with fintech processes such as KYC / AML, digital payments, reconciliations, settlement workflows, merchant operations.Process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN).Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment with cross-functional teams.Good communication and documentation skills.Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Prior experience in fintech, banking, or payments industry.Knowledge of compliance / regulatory processes (KYC, AML, PCI DSS).Exposure to API integrations for payments and merchant systems.What We Offer
