Overview

This role involves monitoring adherence to operational performance frameworks to ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory and legislative requirements applicable to the organization.

Purpose

Assists with monitoring adherence to operational performance frameworks in order to ensure operational areas remain compliant with corporate, regulatory and legislative requirements to which the organization is expected to operate.

Nature of Work

Key Accountabilities include applying knowledge of relevant systems, processes and procedures, resolving simple issues, developing and improving procedures, maintaining accurate records, and producing timely management information to the required quality levels. Attends required training to maintain knowledge of processes and systems and adheres to corporate performance requirements.
