Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Min two and half (2.5) YEARS EXPERIENCE in KM Submission
• Must be Malaysian
• Degree in Urban & Regional Planning is a must
• Good knowledge with planning approvals (K.M.) - process and procedures with local authorities, within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and other states
• Excellent in preparing and drafting drawings and plans for the purpose of planning approval (K.M.) or amendment (pindaan)
• Good coordination with Technical Assistants and / or Architects and Engineers / other consultants
• Report writing (LCP / LLP) / Conduct physical / online meetings with Clients / Consultants / Local Authority
• Authority liaison
• Able to travel outstation (if required)
• Preferably possess own transport
• Able to work overtime and / or weekends
• Fluent / Excellent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language is optional
