Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding customer service across all communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, walk-in).
  • Handle daily sales inquiries, prepare quotations / proposals, and manage bookings through system or manual process.
  • Promote and sell products / services using effective sales techniques, ensuring customer needs are met through cost-benefit analysis.
  • Assist customers with issues or emergencies related to rental vehicles, including breakdowns and accidents.
  • Verify bookings, customer records, and payment details, including background checks where required.
  • Support tender preparation and ensure timely submission.
  • Compile and review monthly sales reports with management.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of MKAZ's fleet, protection items, and extras.
  • Handle complaints and disputes professionally with integrity and confidence.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
