Key Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding customer service across all communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, walk-in).
- Handle daily sales inquiries, prepare quotations / proposals, and manage bookings through system or manual process.
- Promote and sell products / services using effective sales techniques, ensuring customer needs are met through cost-benefit analysis.
- Assist customers with issues or emergencies related to rental vehicles, including breakdowns and accidents.
- Verify bookings, customer records, and payment details, including background checks where required.
- Support tender preparation and ensure timely submission.
- Compile and review monthly sales reports with management.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of MKAZ's fleet, protection items, and extras.
- Handle complaints and disputes professionally with integrity and confidence.
