Job Summary

The Senior Product Development Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and enhancement of the company's product range across both OEM and OBM businesses, including metal parts, cabinets and storage solutions, acoustic pods, and smart furniture. The role spans the full product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to testing and production handover. with a strong emphasis on cost-effectiveness, quality, and manufacturability. A key responsibility is leading the evaluation and integration of electrical and electronic components and accessories into our acoustic pods and smart furniture ranges, in collaboration with suppliers and technology partners. On the OEM side, the role supports customer enquiries through technical assessments and project management. Success requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality, and sustainable solutions that meet evolving market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Lifecycle Support

• Design and develop new products and enhance existing ones, with a focus on innovation, usability, and sustainability.
• Execute end-to-end product development activities, including concept design, new components & accessories scouting, prototyping, testing, validation, and production support.
• Assist in maintaining the product roadmap by providing technical input on feasibility, cost, and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical. A Master's degree is an advantage.

5–8 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the furniture or metal fabrication industries.
