Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the product portfolio.
- Develop supporting and promotional kits to enhance product acceptance (packaging, flyers, videos, POSM, sales guides, product slides, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Research & Development Department on new or improved products.
- Coordinate the launch of new or improved products by engaging sales marketers for active promotion.
- Answer Sales Marketers’ product inquiries and conduct periodic product training.
- Manage product awareness and positioning across social media platforms (Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Manage monthly product pricing strategy.
- Conduct market / product intelligence and analysis; monitor and report on sales and market trends.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Department to ensure necessary supporting documentation, registrations, test reports, and certifications are available.
- Handle special projects or additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager / superior.
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business Studies / Management or equivalent from reputable universities.Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus.Attention to detail, results-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.Pleasant personality with the ability to interact with all levels of people.Committed team player who is resourceful, dynamic and possesses good market intelligence.Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive energy for delivering successful, impactful products.Requirements & Preferences
