Export Control & Customs Manager

Join Siemens Healthineers as an Export Control & Customs Manager, responsible for ensuring compliance, process optimization and risk mitigation in APAC trade operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce consistent APAC trade operation procedures aligned with global and local regulations.
• Collaborate with the global Trade Compliance team and cross‑functional partners (logistics, sales, finance, legal) on cross‑functional projects.
• Provide oversight for export control requirements including screening, classification and license management.
• Support trade compliance checks for all Mergers & De‑Mergers.
• Manage risk and internal compliance for the AP region.
• Implement training, internal audit, risk correction and mitigation functions.
• Oversee customs broker management policy, onboarding, KPI performance and business review.
• Report import and export activities to HQ.
• Address queries, new requirements, audits, post‑inspection, appeal cases and certification from customs authorities.
