Overview

Senior Manager – Technical Accounting & External Reporting We are seeking an experienced

Technical Accounting & External Reporting Consultant

to join our team on a contract basis, supporting a large technology firm. This role will lead the preparation of our

Form 20-F filing

and provide subject matter expertise in complex accounting areas, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, transparency, and business insight. Key Requirements

Form 20-F Preparation :

Lead and coordinate the FY25 20-F process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US SEC, IFRS / US GAAP, and regulatory requirements. Technical Accounting Support :

Provide expert guidance on complex accounting areas, including : Revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / ASC 606) Compensation and bonus-related accruals Research & Development capitalization Litigation-related provisions and disclosures Valuation & Goodwill Assessment :

Prepare valuation memos and lead goodwill impairment assessments in accordance with IFRS / US GAAP. Policy & Standards :

Maintain and update global accounting policies to reflect new standards and evolving business needs. Management Reporting :

Develop quarterly management presentations, analyzing financial performance and highlighting key business drivers. Collaboration :

Partner closely with auditors, group finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance. Please note that this is a contract role. What We’re Looking For

Professional Qualification :

CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent. Experience :

Significant post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a combination of Big 4 audit / advisory and multinational corporate environments. Technical Expertise :

Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and SEC reporting (20-F / 10-K preparation experience strongly preferred). Analytical Skills :

Proven ability to interpret complex accounting issues and provide clear recommendations. Stakeholder Management :

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across global teams. Leadership :

Ability to manage deliverables independently while mentoring junior team members We Offer
