About your new role!

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist Backend Software Developer with hands‑on expertise in Node.js and NestJS to join our engineering team. This role requires a strong technical foundation in modern backend development, excellent communication skills for direct client collaboration, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

As a Senior Specialist, you will deliver high‑quality solutions across GrowthOps client projects, taking ownership of technical decisions and continuously improving processes for effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable back‑end services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployment workflows.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and conduct white‑boarding sessions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement cloud infrastructure on AWS and / or Azure with guidance.
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise‑grade applications with high availability and security requirements.
