Responsibilities

• Procurement & sourcing : source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
• Obtain and compare quotations for products and services, issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain supplier management documentation & compliance, including purchasing agreements.
• Coordinate with HQ for higher-level approval.
