Data Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Database Administration & Maintenance : Maintain and monitor structured databases to ensure data integrity, security, and high availability. Implement best practices for data governance, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Data Integration : Integrate and harmonize data from multiple internal and external sources. Ensure consistency, quality, and accessibility of data across platforms.
• Analytics & Reporting Enablement : Prepare clean, structured datasets to support business reporting and analytical insights. Partner with analytics teams to enable real-time and ad hoc reporting.
• Data Tools & Platform Oversight : Manage and optimize data tools and platforms. Ensure tools align with business goals and evolving technology trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a liaison between digital marketing and client relationship and other stakeholders. Translate business needs into scalable data solutions and contribute to strategic data initiatives.
• Performance Optimization : Tune queries and data pipelines for optimal speed, efficiency, and scalability. Proactively address data performance bottlenecks and system issues.
