Job Title : Data Analyst (Contract)

Location : Bukit Damansara

Employment Type : 1-Year Contract

Salary Range : RM 3500 - RM5000 (Negotiable)

Working Hours : Monday – Friday

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a 1-year renewable contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, developing BI solutions, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and enhance Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and dashboards.
Perform data mining, reporting, and analytics using tools such as Excel , Tableau , and other BI platforms.
Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide data-driven insights.
Analyze business processes and translate them into actionable data analysis frameworks.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement technology-based solutions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance trends and recommending enhancements.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role (no fresh graduates).

Proficient in SQL is a must .

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau , Power BI , or equivalent.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
