Job descriptionAt least 1 year in a technician position. Basic understanding of electrical and other systems. Able to read and understand simple diagrams. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. Willing to work overtime. Minimum SPM level or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Maintaining all servicing equipment and ensuring calibration of equipment is up to date.
- Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
- Translate and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Identify faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
