Overview
Project Management and System Support for Retail Loan Origination System (RLOS).
Responsibilities
- Manage and support all initiatives related to the Retail Loan Origination System
- Develop detailed project plan and coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage project status throughout the entire project cycle to ensure project timeline, cost, objectives and deliverables are achieved as planned (e.g. requirement gathering workshop, process flow mapping, focus group discussion, brain storming session, etc.)
- Conduct market, operational and related research to interpret, evaluate and interrelate in order to facilitate strategic decision making
- Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Manage inquiries, defect logging and issue resolution
- Periodical project progression updates to Steering Committee and top management, and escalate as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
