Job descriptionAged 27 years old and below. Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player. Computer literate with excellent communication skills. Able to interact with all levels of people. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and under pressure. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other related documents. Coordinate with clients and construction professionals such as site managers, project managers, and project coordinators. Perform other duties as assigned relevant to this role. Monitor design or construction changes and revise budget projections accordingly. 9-month trainee program. 1 week Soft Skill Training 8 months & 3 weeks On-the-Job Training Entitled for medical claim. Annual and medical leave provided. Intake starts in October 2025. Bachelor's (Required)
